Eamonn has over 6 years of experience in retained executive search and has executed over 70 successful search projects as key project leader for managing partner, Andy Price. Joining the firm as an analyst in 2003, he worked his way up from research, was promoted into recruiting and subsequently into project management.

Working with clients that have IPO's like Riverbed and Data Domain, and high profile private companies in the clean technology space like Amyris and Bloom Energy has elevated Eamonn's credibility dramatically among the candidate population. Eamonn brings a detailed understanding of how candidate skill sets match client needs to all of his searches, across industries. He strongly believes that searches are executed quickly and successfully by approaching the correct candidate for each project and possessing the industry knowledge to articulate how the search relates to that candidate's background and career path. It is an extremely effective balance of detail oriented, targeted research and high volume production recruiting.

Eamonn's search experience crosses a number of categories including clean tech, networking, semiconductor, software, storage, security and wireless. His ability to successfully execute search projects in new and emerging spaces has played a key role in Schweichler Price Mullarkey & Barry's exponential growth over the course of his tenure.

Eamonn graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a Minor in Theology. He is an avid endurance athlete and a self proclaimed expert in American Literature.
