We have a meaningful, highly productive partnership with Polachi & Company (www.polachi.com), the largest and most successful technology search firm in the Boston Area.  Together, we Founded “Access Search Partners” with the view that the only way to link mid-sized firms together is with a formal partnership, providing access to great people and great companies in key markets. Now, the partnership includes top-tier firms in Europe and Canada, and we are interviewing finalists in China/Far East.

Most “networks” or “syndicates” are nothing more than marketing.  Where real partnerships show their value is in demonstrable sharing and openness.  Such a partnership strives to achieve a multi-market, multi-office footprint but with “teeth.”  Examples include sharing of databases, job descriptions, industry target lists, research, people, ideas, methodology, etc.  We have a common database platform with Polachi, and have complete access to one anothers’ information infrastructure (nothing client-specific!). 

Beyond the obvious benefits, this relationship enables our firms to:

1) reach potential candidates on both coasts
2) co-develop best-practice search methodologies
3) cross reference candidates
