Administrative Assistant

Our assistants are critical to our business. They handle logistics, schedule meetings, provide high customer service and manage day to day details supporting very senior staff within our firm.

Analyst

Our analysts are our lifeblood. They are charged with examining a wide variety of interesting markets from energy to consumer technology to semiconductor and infrastructure. This is a very good place to start one's career, or to expand it, because nowhere else can a person learn more about the technology landscape than in this function, in this firm. Minimum of bachelor's degree is required, ideally from a top flight school.

Associate/Senior Associate

This role is similar to an Inside Sales function. Candidates are tasked with helping to identify and attract world class executives to consider our clients and the executive opportunities we represent. Recruiting, selling, evaluating and learning are key components. Inside sales experience or recruiting experience with top quality firms is a requirement. Minimum of bachelor's degree is required, ideally from a top flight school.

Vice President

This role is designed for someone with 5-10 years in executive search, who has a strong base of clients and who want to be with an independent firm without the stringent overhead requirements of those companies. These individuals are looking for a well branded firm with a large footprint but one that offers more flexibility and career growth with zero politics. Role could lead to Partner with high performance and significant contribution over time. This role is designed on a custom basis between the Managing Partners and candidates.
